We have signed a five year lease at 6180 Mae Anne Ave Suite 5. Kelli Singleton has been named Executive Director of For the One Counseling and is actively interviewing for staff positions there. For information on those positions or for any other FTO Counseling questions, email kellis@ftocounseling.org
Environmental designs will be submitted soon with construction starting as soon as we get permits. We are on track to open and start seeing clients this summer!

For the One’s external focus on mental health is so important. We hear all too often of people struggling with mental health issues so we are launching something proactive and new!
Wellness! Is a Saturday experience of connection and exercise. We’ll start at Grace (True Coffee will be open from 8-10am) and teams will ‘move’ from there. We have team leads of all levels for running, walking, biking, hiking, group stretching classes and more. Wellness! will meet on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays starting May 18 and will meet through August.
